Each and every lecture is recorded on a local e-learning server and any student at any point can retrieve the lecture presentation as well as video recording from wherever they are. The entire material of the lecture including explanations is transferred to the students' Laptop at the end of every class, thus ensuring that students do not miss any class only in Rungta group of colleges. The local e-learning server is a storehouse and a vast resource of notes and study material on each topic that the students may download as and when required. In addition to the internet resources the study material is readily available on student's laptop all the time. The central cafeteria at Rungta College offers faculty and students a place not only to relax but also to enjoy their food in a cozy atmosphere while sharing their ideas. In today's rapidly changing and increasingly challenging times, the pattern of education offered in Engineering, Technical and Management courses have undergone a paradigm shift at Rungta Group of Colleges. The curriculum which is implemented in Rungta College keeping in mind future technocrats and managers goes beyond the stipulated syllabus of the University. With project based and discovery learning method, we aim to develop inquisitive, critical thinkers and self directed learners.

To promote e-based teaching-learning methodology, a centrally air-conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 300 is being constructed at our educational complex. The advertisement in technology have benefited everyone. Our students and faculty members are no exception. They use the latest multimedia system with large digital screens to display their visually based demonstrations and graphics oriented lessons which makes it the best college in Chhattisgarh. Rungta has plans to organize online lectures and conferences with eminent professors and stalwarts across the globe in various fields of Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics etc.

Rungta always believes that, nothing can substitute parental affection and care. The family bonding cannot be replaced. It can however be replicated through affection and love. Efforts have been made to retain the nuances of homely atmosphere.

Rungta College is a miniature of the world at large, where individuals from different social and cultural backgrounds live and work together and reach a new level of compatibility and mutual tolerance. There are separate hostels for girls and boys with a capacity of class in girls’ hostel and class for boys’ hostel.

In hostel, three students are accommodated in each room that is air cooled and is provided with a study table and computer with internet connectivity. A full time Matron/Warden is also available to look after the welfare and needs of students. The campus is self sustained with a tuck shop, a beauty parlour for girls, ATM centre, communication centre, and generator room for uninterrupted power supply. Rungta has plans to build residential block for NRI students that will have all the modern amenities to suit their needs and additional facilities like air-conditioners and telephones will also be provided at additional costs.

Activities

Rungta has invested huge amount of funds in developing separate infrastructure for Cricket, Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball and Tennis. Students hone their skills under the watchful eyes of dedicated and qualified training faculty. To promote competitive spirit and sportsmanship, regular competitions among the students of different departments as well as Rungta institutions are conducted. In fact students who show promise of talent and who stand a glimmer of chance of performing well in sports and games are given professional training by the experts in the field. Students of Rungta Colleges have won many competitions at the university level, state and national level events and made the institution proud.

Rungta Group of Institutions provides well furnished 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats to its staff within the campus. These flats are located in the green lush environment which are equipped with all the basic amenities thereby providing a comfortable stay to its residents. Rungta does believe in hospitality.
